The Service

Safarnama is an AI travel intelligence platform generating personalised day-by-day dossiers for Indian leisure travellers.

AI Disclaimer

AI-generated dossiers are based on data available at the time of generation. Ground conditions, availability, pricing, and permit requirements change frequently. All information must be independently verified before travel. Safarnama is an intelligence platform—not a travel agent, tour operator, or booking platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of this information.

Affiliate Links and Third-Party Bookings

The Service embeds affiliate booking links in the generated travel plans covering accommodation, transport, experiences, and travel insurance. When you click on an affiliate link and make a purchase or booking, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Your transactions made through these links are strictly between you and the third-party provider. Safarnama is not responsible for cancellations, refunds, customer service, or any issues arising from bookings made through third-party platforms.

User Accounts and Subscriptions

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Payments for subscriptions or one-time packs are processed securely via DodoPayments. All sales are final, and refunds are provided only at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or third-party APIs), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Safarnama. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United Kingdom and foreign countries.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Safarnama, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • Any content obtained from the Service;
  • Unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
